Kanpur Congress targets Murli Manohar Joshi over water crisis

Kanpur, May 17 () A poster campaign has been launched by the City Congress Committee against BJP MP from Kanpur Murli Manohar Joshi, targeting him over the issue of his absence from his constituency and the water problem here.
