Russia Insists Kiev's Repayment of $3Bln Debt Should be Part of IMF Program

Moscow insists that the condition of Kiev's repayment of a $3-billion debt to Russia should be included in the International Monetary Fund (IMF) assistance program to Ukraine, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said Tuesday.
