Report: Officials knew Salah Abdeslam posted Islamic State flag online but did nothing
BRUSSELS, May 17 (UPI) -- Salah Abdeslam, the only suspect to survive the attacks in Paris, reportedly posted a flag of the Islamic State on his Facebook shortly before the massacre.
