The US' plans to supply arms to Libya's international recognized government might create even more division in Libya, in the absence of an agreement between Libya's warring factions, Mohamed Eljarh, nonresident fellow with the Atlantic Council's Rafik Hariri Center for the Middle East, told Radio Sputnik.
