Video: Fort McMurray explosions to push back re-entry plans: Notley

Rachel Notley says plans to have residents re-enter Fort McMurray are on hold after two explosions in the city. On Tuesday, the Alberta premier said about 8,000 people have been evacuated from camps north of the city.
