A new YouTube series wants to entertain you while you wait for your water to boil.
Hannah Hart, who recently partnered with Barilla on her channel, My Drunk Kitchen, has a new collection of interviews with people who are currently inspiring society: Rachel Zoe, a leading fashion stylist and entrepreneur; Hebru Brantley, a street artist attempting to break down walls and stigmas; and even Bill Nye, a beloved scientist and engineer.
In one of Nye's clips in the web series, he discusses moderation when it comes to carbs, and continues to teach us in all things science (including pasta).
He also discussed the mission statement for his extremely popular children's television show, Bill Nye the Science Guy.
Spoiler: he pretty much changed the world.
Bill Nye says we are what we eat.

"It is a troubling and amazing thought, that you and I are made of food," Nye says in the video with Hannah Hart. "It's not just a hilarious comedy joke that you tell little kids."
Bill Nye thinks there are no bad carbohydrates.

Carbs, according to Nye, are totally great — in moderation!
But they carbohydrates do pack a lot of energy, he adds.
"There's a long molecule, so it takes more time, and there's more chemical energy when you release it," Nye explains in the video.
The longer the chain of molecules, the more chances carbs can give you a sustainable form of energy, something that we could use more of in our "computers, phones" and even in our "bods," as Hart puts it.
