Rival's withdrawal opens door for S. Korea to host 2017 World Baseball Classic

SEOUL, May 17 (Yonhap) -- A rival candidate's withdrawal has opened the doors for South Korea to host the first-round games of the 2017 World Baseball Classic (WBC).

The Central News Agency in Taiwan reported Monday that the Chinese Taipei Baseball
