Three persons were arrested by the Detection of crime branch of the city police on Tuesday on charges of murdering VHP leader Pravin Togadia's cousin and two others. Another accused of the case is yet to be arrested, police said. The miscreants had stabbed Togadia's cousin and two others on May 14.
