ACLU alleges 'unchecked abuse' against Americans at U.S.-Mexico border

In a letter to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Customs and Border Protection, advocacy groups called for an investigation into "unchecked abuse" at the southwest U.S.-Mexico border.
