Pacific Cycle infant bicycle helmets recalled for choking hazard
WASHINGTON, May 18 (UPI) -- Infant bicycle helmets sold at Target by Pacific Cycle were recalled for chin strap problems, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced Wednesday.
