NLC protest in Lagos
In Lagos, both members of the Nigeria Labour Union (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) protested the fuel hike from the labour house in Yaba, they marched to Maryland and ended at Airport road in Ikeja area of the state.

In Abuja, labour leaders began the marched at about 9AM from Labour House in central district of Abuja to the federal secretariat, where the president of the congress, Aliyu Wabba, addressed workers.
