Jim O’Neill wants to offer $1 billion prizes for new drugs to fight lethal superbugs

A $1 billion prize could be at play for pharmaceutical companies who can develop a successful drug to fight superbugs, which could end up killing 10 million people a year by 2050 if not stopped.
