A trade forum between Rwanda and Tanzania is set to kick off Friday in Kigali, Rwanda, as the two East African nations look to strengthen bilateral ties in a new chapter of warming diplomatic relations. The joint summit, dubbed “Tanzania-Rwanda Trade Forum 2016,” is the first of its kind and is expected to draw hundreds of key business players and government officials from both countries, according to Rwandan newspaper the New Times.
