Woman, 51, found dead with throat slashed on Brooklyn bench

Police were called to the location for an assault. When they arrived on W. 9th St. and Henry St. at 4:31 a.m. in Carroll Gardens, they saw the woman sitting on a bench with her throat slashed, police said.
