NBA mock draft 2016: Why Ben Simmons will go first, Brandon Ingram second

The presumption across the NBA is that Ben Simmons from Louisiana State and Brandon Ingram from Duke are the best players in this year's draft and they are expected to go one-two to the Philadelphia 76ers and the Los Angeles Lakers.
