When all other students were busy preparing for the final exams, 19 years old Shubhank Shukla, a student of DAV Public School, BRS Nagar was undergoing chemotherapy to fight with Acute Lymphatic leukemia (ALL)- a type of cancer. However fighting all odds, Shubhank managed to score 83 percent marks in the class XII- Non-medical stream.
