Verizon to Bid $3 Billion for Yahoo's Web Assets

Verizon plans to submit a second-round $3 billion bid for Yahoo's core internet assets. There are several suitors besides Verizon in the running for Yahoo's internet assets, which attract more than a billion users per month.
