On Sunday, Vishwas Sankapal came to the Belagavi wholesale vegetable market from Mhopare village of Karad taluk, Maharashtra driving a Tempo loaded with 4 tonnes of tomatoes, hoping to sell them all and return home. But he never thought a single day's business would earn him Rs 2.5 lakh.
