State tourism and culture minister Ashok Chandra Panda released a 1,000-page book, 'Odisha Famine - Na'anka (1865-1866)', at the State Archives here on the occasion of the International Archives Day on Thursday to document the catastrophic famine that wiped out almost a third of the population of the coastal Odisha 150 years ago.
