A total of 93,000 ration cards have been distributed in Dakshina Kannada district in last 3-years. Likewise, 32,751 ration cards too have been cancelled in this period. The process of linking Aadhaar card with ration cards too is on in the district and 1.71 lakh cards have been linked thus far.
