Vietnam Veterans memorial finds home on cusp of 50th anniversary

Their brother has been gone for nearly 50 years, but Tracy Janigian and her brother Don have kept a vigil of sorts for all that time. On Thursday, the state dedicated a permanent place to honor that memory and others.
