Peru's Keiko Fujimori concedes defeat in tight presidential election

LIMA (Reuters) - Keiko Fujimori conceded defeat to Pedro Pablo Kuczynski in Peru's tightest presidential election in decades, but she promised in a speech on Friday that her party would make up a "watchful" opposition during his government.

Fujimori, the daughter of the country's imprisoned ex-president, said that Kuczynski won the run-off race with the support of "promoters of hate" and that the official election results were "confusing."
