EBay appoints Lyft CEO Green to board

EBay Inc. said late Tuesday that it appointed Logan Green as a new board member effective immediately. Green is the co-founder and chief executive of ride-hailing service Lyft. Green fills a vacancy created by the board's expansion to 12 seats from 11, the company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Shares of eBay were unchanged at $24.70 after hours.
