FAIRFAX, Va. — Police say 18 people were arrested after protesting outside the headquarters of the National Rifle Association in Virginia. Fairfax County Police spokesman Don Gotthardt said the protesters were arrested Tuesday morning, charged with loitering on a public highway and released.
