In a daring act of revenge, a 35-year-old woman killed the suspect in her husband's murder in broad daylight near a bus stop at Kallipalayam near Periyanaickenpalayam in Coimbatore district. Her husband K Periyathambi alias Rangasamy, 42, died after his head was smashed with a stone.
