SOI dist prez caught for sheltering gangster

Police on Friday arrested the Ludhiana district president of Student Organisation of India (SOI), a student wing of Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD), for giving shelter to a notorious gangster, Gaurav Sharma, alias Goru Bacha.
