Cathedral High defensive back Jeffrey Manning commits to UCLA's 2017 recruiting class

Jeffrey Manning, a defensive back from Cathedral High, announced his commitment to UCLA on Thursday.

Manning is the fourth player to commit to the Bruins’ 2017 recruiting class.
