NATO, EU leaders pledge strong alliance to counter Brexit fallout

NATO and the European Union promised closer defence ties at a summit on Tuesday to deter Russia and counter Islamic militants on Europe`s borders, seeking a show of unity days after Britain voted to leave the EU.
