South China Sea dispute: Labor's Stephen Conroy calls for Australia to challenge 'bullying' China

Australia will have "failed the test" of supporting international law and order unless it stands up to China's "bullying" behaviour in the South China Sea, Labor's defence spokesman Stephen Conroy has said.
