The UN Security Council should adopt a comprehensive approach to stabilize the situation in South Sudan, where armed clashes between forces loyal to President Salva Kiir and First Vice President Riek Machar renewed in recent days, Russia's envoy to the United Nations Vitaly Churkin said Tuesday.
