The Sudanese authorities started preparing for the reception of refugees from neighboring South Sudan, where armed clashes between forces loyal to President Salva Kiir and First Vice President Riek Machar renewed in recent days, Sudanese State Minister of Foreign Affairs Obeidalla Mohamed Obeidala said Tuesday.
