The biggest winners and losers of the NBA's wild offseason

The NBA has turned into a year-round spectacle, and even after a memorable NBA Finals, the offseason did not disappoint.
Between the draft, a wild free agency period, a couple of trades, and a big retirement, the landscape of the NBA has shifted dramatically in less than one month.
Kevin Durant is a Warrior, Dwyane Wade is a Bull, and Derrick Rose and Joakim Noah are Knicks. There is no Kobe Bryant and no Tim Duncan. This is not the same NBA we're used to seeing.
After the draft and free agency bonanza, here's an early look at the winners and losers of the offseason.
WINNER: Golden State Warriors
Thearon W. Henderson/GettyKey additions: Kevin Durant, Zaza Pachulia, David West
Key losses: Harrison Barnes, Andrew Bogut, Festus Ezeli, Marreese Speights, Brandon Rush
One thing to know: This is a no-brainer — the Warriors just added one of the three best players in the NBA to a core that already has three All-Stars and a Finals MVP and Sixth Man of the Year. They're by far the most talented team on paper.
LOSER: Oklahoma City Thunder
Ezra Shaw/GettyKey additions: Victor Oladipo, Ersan Ilyasova, Domantas Sabonis
Key losses: Kevin Durant, Serge Ibaka
One thing to know: Another obvious choice. The Warriors lost Durant and now face drastic questions about their future — like if they should trade Russell Westbrook before he, too, has the chance to walk as a free agent next summer.
WINNER: Harrison Barnes
Ronald Martinez/GettyOld team: Golden State Warriors
New team: Dallas Mavericks
One thing to know: Barnes may no longer be on the heavy championship favorites, but his gamble paid off big time. After turning down a $64 million contract extension before the season, he signed a four-year, $95 million deal with the Mavericks that the Warriors didn't match.
