Seoul city to install national flag made of flowers for Liberation Day

SEOUL, July 13 (Yonhap) -- The Seoul city government said Wednesday it will install a large-scale national flag made of flowers at a square in central Seoul to celebrate the 71st anniversary of South Korea's liberation from Japan's colonial rule.
