Game of Thrones is getting gamified for San Diego Comic-Con. To acquaint Westeros wannabes with the myriad Thrones merchandise, HBO is sending fans on a quest (#GoTScavengerHunt) through the convention center and surrounding environs to find and photograph select products — everything from a frighteningly realistic (and pricey) Night King mask to Dany’s dragon choker to a collection of plush direwolves. The latter is among the exclusive collectibles that will only be available at Comic-Con.
