Once a soldier always a soldier! Buhari interacts with troops in Zamfara
President Muhammady Buhari has met with troops of HQ 1 BDE in Dansadau in Zamfara state as part of the 2016 Nigerian Army Day celebration on Wednesday, July 13.
The president has launched a special military task force today to fight “bandits”.

Earlier today he has also commissioned several big road projects in the state in the presence of the Northwest region governors.
Since his inauguration the country’s leader has made over 30 foreign trips to different countries to advance Nigeria’s national interests.
However, the president has so far visited only five Nigerian states including his home state Katsina.
Recall that in May this year Buhari cancelled a two-day visit to Lagos which would see him inaugurate some projects in the state and was represented by the Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo after citing an “ear infection”.

On 6 June, Buhari travelled to the United Kingdom to seek medical attention.
