PHOTOS: Here's how the uprising in Turkey unfolded

Turkey descended into chaos on Friday night as a faction of the country's armed forces attempted to take control of the government. The group apparently declared martial law and deployed forces onto the streets of Istanbul and Ankara, Turkey's largest city and capital, respectively.
Dozens of people have been killed.
But even as military forces reportedly shut off access to some corners of social media in the region, civilians and photographers in Turkey have been documenting the events as they unfolded.
