Regional Head Warned Hollande That Police Understaffed Before Nice Attack

President of the Regional Council of French Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur warned French President Francois Hollande that police in Nice was severely understaffed on the eve of Bastille Day celebrations, media reported Saturday.
