'It Was Never Linear' brings new paintings to Sheldon collection

In 1888, the Haydon Art Club began a series of annual exhibitions in which artwork was shipped into Lincoln, primarily from New York, displayed for possible purchase by local collectors, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the club itself.
