Ahead of Chief Minister Manohar Lal's visit to the Millennium City, traffic arrangements have finally been put into place. The Chief Minister is coming to Gurgaon today and will do an aerial survey of the city. As a result, there are unerring traffic arrangements in the city, much to the delight of the commuters.
