Opposition MPs have called for a complete overhaul of the honours system after a newspaper published what it said were leaked details of David Cameron's resignation honours list. The Sunday Times said the ex-PM had chosen to reward cabinet colleagues who backed the losing EU Remain campaign, as well as No 10 staff and donors.
