While Google is still mum about when the next version of the company’s mobile operating system, dubbed Android 7.0 Nougat, will be released, LG issued a statement Monday with a tentative time frame. The company said it plans to launch the new LG V20 — the successor to its 2015 flagship smartphone, the V10 — in September, and claimed it would be the first handset to come with the new Android version.
