Coulson has officially been replaced. “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” revealed that the director had left his prestigious position to go after Daisy in the finale. In Season 4, a new director will be introduced, and it looks like S.H.I.E.L.D. opted not to promote from within the team. A new character is replacing Coulson.
