Starz Announces Vigilante Series from 50 Cent, Pole-Dancing Drama and Telenovela Adaptation

Starz is upping its original slate with four new shows, including a vigilante hero series from Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, a pole-dancer drama, a telenovela and a Sex and the City-style comedy.

The show is about a veteran from the south side of Chicago who, after being falsely imprisoned, becomes the personal experiment of a mad prison doctor who's trying to create the perfect man, and ends up with an unstoppable killing machine.

Starz will also branch into the world of telenovelas by adapting the Mexican soap opera Teresafor American audiences.
