NT juvenile justice royal commission: Sacked NT minister John Elferink comes out of hiding

John Elferink​, the sacked Northern Territory Prison Minister who went into hiding last week in fear for his life, has re-emerged to say he will operate fully with the Royal Commission into the juvenile justice system.
