Woman braves Home Affairs queue after IEC text says she’s ‘recorded as a male’

Aspirant voters braved the long queue at the Department of Home Affairs in Randburg to apply for and receive temporary identity documents in the hope that they will make it to the polls for the municipal elections on Wednesday.
