Tea party conservative to run as Democrat against Shuster

BEDFORD, Pa. (AP) — The conservative tea party challenger who was narrowly beaten in the Republican primary by U.S. Rep. Bill Shuster says he will run against the eight-term incumbent — as a Democrat.
