Cold Fire in California's Napa, Yolo counties burns 2,200 acres; 5% contained

SACRAMENTO, Aug. 3 (UPI) -- Cal Fire is working to douse a fire that began Tuesday afternoon in California's Napa and Yolo counties that has burned more than 2,200 acres.
