LONDON — World heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury was provisionally suspended in June after testing positive for a banned substance, Britain’s anti-doping body said Wednesday. However, UKAD said in a statement that Fury and his cousin Hughie, a heavyweight boxer who was also suspended, have had their bans lifted “pending full determination of the charges.”
