NEW YORK — Weight Watchers International Inc. (WTW) on Thursday reported second-quarter profit of $30.5 million. The New York-based company said it had net income of 46 cents per share. The weight-loss program operator posted revenue of $309.8 million in the period. Weight Watchers expects full-year earnings to be 90 cents to $1.05 per share.
