Donald Trump has accused Hillary Clinton of being one of the original founders of ISIS, during a speech at an election rally in Florida. Trump said that Hillary Clinton “should get an award” from the Islamic State for helping them rise to power, claiming that her policies as secretary of state allowed the terrorist organisation to come into being.
